By creating a workspace, connecting an enterprise integration, deploying an orchestration pipeline, or utilizing the UpSkills Bharat platform, your organization agrees to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
If you are accepting on behalf of an enterprise or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess full authority to bind that entity to these provisions.
Subject to continuous compliance with these terms, UpSkills Bharat grants your organization a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use our workflow automation builder, predictive insights engine, and native integration connectors.
Your organization is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of administrative credentials and ensuring all users comply with enterprise security policies.
You agree not to misuse the UpSkills Bharat infrastructure. Prohibited activities include:

For enterprise agreements, service credit eligibility and custom SLA metrics are outlined in your individual Master Services Agreement.
Your Workflows: You retain complete and exclusive ownership of all workflows, logic trees, custom transformer scripts, and data payloads configured within your workspace.
Platform Technology: UpSkills Bharat and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the platform, including its core orchestration engines, visual interfaces, algorithms, and documentation.
Both parties agree to hold all non-public technical, operational, and business information in strict confidence, exercising no less than reasonable care.
UpSkills Bharat will never expose customer workflow logic or confidential operational metrics to third parties without prior written consent, except where mandated by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by your organization for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.
These Terms remain in effect until your workspace is terminated by either party.
Upon contract expiration or termination, your organization will have a thirty (30) day data retrieval window to export all workflow configurations, run history logs, and integration mappings prior to permanent cryptographic erasure.
